6. Refunds

7. Responsible Gaming

• Integration with Ontario's self-exclusion registry.

We disclaim all warranties express or implied regarding Our Services. You acknowledge that We provide the best quality services possible and assume no responsibility in case of loss or damage arising from participating.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Us, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, and suppliers against any claim(s), action(s) or liability(ies):

• Brought by a third party due to failure by you in maintaining security measures.

By accepting these T&C:

You agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and disputes arising herefrom will be resolved through arbitration according to such applicable law. You hereby submit yourself irrevocably to exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts for resolving any issues.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or update these T&C without prior notice.

Acceptance: By accessing Our website, mobile application, physical premises, participating in games or tournaments, using services provided by Us, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This document constitutes the entire understanding between you and Us regarding these Terms. By your continued use of Our Services, We acknowledge acceptance under law as applied in Ontario, Canada
